The Lihachev Dacha, built in 1903 and reconstructed in 2006, is a rare surviving example of the era when this area was the favoured spot for St Petersburg merchants. The atmosphere of a Russian country house is best experienced at the Lihachev Dacha surrounded by towering birch and pine trees. Spacious two-room apartments are designed in a Russian country style, successfully combining both rustic and refined décor elements. Apartments are 75 - 80 square metres, featuring Indonesian furniture, fully-equipped kitchens and dining rooms as well as spacious whirlpool bathtubs with spectacular views.
